Blackberry Seeds

Blackberry seeds contain oil rich in omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) and omega-6 fats (linoleic acid) as well as protein, dietary fiber, carotenoids, ellagitannins and ellagic acid. Additionally, the seeds are a great source of antioxidants.
